  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Request to cancel

Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order may already be in processing or production and cannot be canceled.

 

2. Order Modifications

We allow changes within the same 24-hour window. You may request:

  • Changes in product size, color, or quantity
  • Updates to the shipping address
  • Adjustments to personalization or custom details

To request changes, contact us as soon as possible using the information below. Please include your order number and details of the requested change.

Orders cannot be edited once they have entered the production or fulfillment stage.

 

3. Important Notes

  • Custom and personalized items cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.
  • Shipping address errors must be corrected within 24 hours. Troxum is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information submitted after this period.
  • If your order has already shipped, it may be eligible for return under our Return Policy.
