2. Return Eligibility & Time Limit

  • Applies to Regular-Priced Items Only: We currently accept returns for full-priced items only. Sale or clearance products are not eligible.

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 180 days of delivery.


3. How to Start a Return

Provide the following details:

  • Your full name (as used in the order)

  • Order number

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Return shipping is 100% free for items that arrive faulty or damaged.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.


5. Return Condition Guidelines

Please make sure returned items meet the following requirements:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags and packaging.

  • You must include:

    • A printout of your order confirmation

    • A copy of the return authorization email we provide


6. Shipping the Returned Item

  • Pack the item securely, include the required documentation, and use a reliable postal or courier service.

  • Send us the tracking number so we can follow up on the return process efficiently.


7. Refunds & Exchanges

  • After receiving your returned package, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return standards.

  • You will receive an email notification with the status of your return.

  • Refunds: Issued back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days after approval.

  • Replacements: Shipped once the return is approved, subject to product availability.


8. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Typographical or image errors provided by the customer (e.g., for personalized orders)

  • Custom or made-to-order products unless defective
